Work

Fifty-plus client projects, mostly by referral. No logo wall — two of them are worth showing properly instead.

My own product

ILSS

Software that surfaces high-ticket leads in real time. I built it, priced it, shipped it and sold it — first through direct sales, then through the website.

Most people selling automation have never had to put a price on their own work and find out whether a stranger would pay it. If I were the one hiring, that is the part I would want to know about.

A US government-contracting compliance consultancy

Three separate pieces of work for the same client, who came back each time.

Client intake and pipeline

  • Intake funnel feeding an 11-stage pipeline with automated stage progression
  • Stripe payments, one-time and split plans, with payment-failure handling
  • Document collection matched on contact ID, so uploads file against the right record
  • Automated contract nudges and follow-up sequences

Paid support centre

  • Four paid service products with branded checkouts
  • Two shared-availability booking calendars
  • A minutes-based credit system: purchased time tracked per client, one-time regenerating booking links, minutes deducted automatically on booking

Outbound campaign

  • A six-day contractor sequence: branded email, consent-gated SMS, task generation, five exit conditions, long-term nurture

Email deliverability rescue

  • Their mail was landing in spam on a shared sending pool. Moved them to a dedicated authenticated subdomain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC all passing, and rewrote the welcome sequence so it stopped tripping filters.
